Mining of Technologies available In-house and available outside and segregate based on its technology readiness level (TRL).
Identify the technology requirements of MSMEs in and around the region and map the technologies available with the GITAM repository.
Evaluate / assess the available technologies from the repository which are not mature and take up these technologies for further scale up (pilot / commercial) depending upon the TRL level.
To network with researchers with other institutes, national laboratories and industries situated within the city of Visakhapatnam and nearby areas.
To constitute an Expert Group involving experts from academic / industry to assess the potential of technologies available and carry out the market survey by the reputed agencies.
Identify the Patent Attorney for creating the ecosystem for generation of IP and technology transfer.
Capacity building, mentorship, trainings in collaboration with industry and premier research organizations.
Establish linkages with industry associations in order to best utilization of TEC, raise funds from industry / MSMEs and apply joint projects for further scale up/ development of the technologies.
To launch GITAM TEC Website / Mobile App for dissemination of activities of TEC and make it a common platform for interaction for technology development, demonstration and deployment.
